FEES FOR DELIVERY

We keep things simple and straightforward with Kolonati Construction. We ship and deliver all over South Africa. Spending more than R999 gets you free shipping. If you spend less than R999, you will be charged R950 for shipping/courier fees.

During transit, all orders placed in our online store (https://kolonaticonstructions.co.za/) are fully insured.

ORDER AND DELIVERY TIMES

Our order cutoff time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays. Your purchase will be processed and dispatched on the same day if you place your order request before 4:00 PM, regardless of the day of the week. For orders placed after 4:00 PM, they will be processed and dispatched the following day, except for those made after 4:00 PM on Saturday which will be processed on Monday of the following week.Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days depending on stock availability.
Our delivery hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays, and between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Saturdays.

All areas within the borders of South Africa are covered by our shipping and delivery services.

In-store pickups are available

Local pickups must be completed by 4:00 p.m.

All orders placed before the cutoff time are processed and dispatched the same day.

Customers will be notified via email and SMS within 24 hours to pick up their orders at our physical store.

Orders placed after 4 pm will not be prepared and processed until the following day.
