Refunds and Returns Policy: How to Request a Refund

At Kolonati Construction, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You can request a return or refund either online or in person within 30 (thirty) days of delivery.

Return and Refund Conditions

Kolonati Construction accepts return and refund requests under the following terms:

• Requests must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days of delivery.

• Requests made after 30 days must be handled in person at our store.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when delivered.

• Products must not be used beyond what is allowed in the manufacturer’s usage guidelines.

• The product must not be damaged through misuse, negligence, or incorrect usage.

• The return must be due to:

  • Receiving the incorrect product;

  • An incomplete order; or

  • A change of mind (additional collection charges may apply).

Inspection and Collection

Kolonati Construction and its suppliers will inspect the product before approving a refund.

We will contact you to coordinate the collection from your nominated address. Please note that your personal details may be shared with our delivery service provider for this purpose.

Alternatively, you may deliver the product to your nearest store. A collection fee may apply.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless found to be defective:

• Customized items

• Cut-to-measure products

• Special orders

• Tinted paint

• Prepaid electricity or airtime

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed only after the product passes inspection and/or testing by the supplier.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method (credit card, EFT, or trade account).

• Refunds will be issued within seven (7) business days, subject to verification (especially for EFT payments).

Please note: Refunds will be less any of the following, where applicable:

• Delivery fees already incurred

• Restocking fees on special orders

• Additional collection charges for change-of-mind returns
